Fraudulent Orders - Fraud JudgeUpdated a year ago

We use an app called Fraud Judge that uses the criteria shown in the image below to flag potential fraudulent orders.

First, set up a forwarding label in Gmail or your preferred email provider for orders where either, Jimmy, Chris or Daniel are tagging you. These comments fall under the order timeline.

Then, head over to Gorgias and create a new ticket. Use the macro called "Fraud Judge Request for Verification". Be sure to use the correct subject line and ensure the correct order number is referenced. Using the Shopify quick access tab on the right can help locate the order you are requesting verification for. Image for reference:
