Restocking Fee for Cancellations: A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all order cancellations, including pre-orders. This fee covers the costs associated with processing the original payment and restocking the items.

Pre-Orders: When you place a pre-order, the full amount will be charged at the time of checkout. If you decide to cancel a pre-order, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the aforementioned costs.

Exchanging for a Different Item: Instead of canceling your order, if you would like to exchange it for a different item of equal or greater value, we will waive the 5% restocking fee. Please contact our customer support team at [email protected] to initiate an exchange.

Shipping of Pre-Ordered Items: Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Please note that all dates provided are estimates, and we will make every effort to ship your product promptly.

Agreement to Terms and Conditions: By placing an order / pre-order, customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Policy Modification: Apex Sim Racing reserves the right to modify or cancel this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.



Internal Policy

If the customer hasn't had any cancellations in the past or is a customer with several orders, I will usually waive the cancellation fee. See Example Below
